Renault announces prices for Twingo Renaultsport 133
French car-maker Renault is set to make your summer sizzle as it has announced prices for its latest hot hatch – the Twingo Renaultsport 133. Prices will start from £11,500 and the hot hatch will have a power output of 133bhp.
The Twingo Renaultsport 133 will look the part too, as it will have extended wheel arches and sills compared to the standard Twingo.
Renault has confirmed that it will offer its ‘Cup’ chassis as an option from launch which will give the Twingo a lowered ride height, stiffened springs and dampers plus 17-inch alloys.
To get the best out of the Twingo Renaultsport 133, customers will receive a free Renaultsport trackday complete with driver training within the first 133 days of buying the car. You will receive a voucher for a free place on a Renaultsport trackday in 2009 at either Brands Hatch (Kent), Oulton Park (Cheshire), Cadwell Park (Lincolnshire) or Bedford Autodrome).
Insurance groups, performance data and further technical details will be released nearer the UK launch in September.
